How long does personalization take?


All personalized orders are carefully embroidered in-house. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be customized before shipping. Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or high order volume.

Can I choose the embroidery font and thread color?


Yes. You can choose your preferred embroidery font and thread color before adding your item to cart. Please double-check your selections before placing your order.

Can I change my embroidery details after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@hellobabysew.com with your order number. Because personalized items are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once your order has entered production.

What if I made a spelling mistake?

Please email us immediately at info@hellobabysew.com with your order number. If your item has not yet been embroidered, we will do our best to update it. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Can I add embroidery in another language or with special characters?


Some special characters, symbols, or languages may not be supported by our embroidery fonts. Please contact us before ordering if you need special characters or a language other than English.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?


Personalized embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your personalization. Please double-check spelling, font, thread color, item color, size, and shipping details before completing your order.

No. We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
