    - All orders, including personalized and custom embroidered items, require processing time before shipment. Our current processing time is 3–7 business days before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and our current order volume.

    - We offer standard shipping for all orders in the United States. 
    3. Shipping Rates:
    - Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
    4. Shipping Locations:
    - We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
    5. Shipping Timeframes:
    -Shipping transit times vary depending on the selected shipping method and the destination. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and do not include processing time. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related issues are outside of our control.
    6. Tracking Information:
    - Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
    7. Delivery:

    -Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly for assistance. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
